Mamello Mphahlele

Wellness Counsellor

I am a Mental Health and Wellness Counsellor registered with the Association for Supportive Counsellors and Holistic Practitioners, verified by Psychology Today. I have a BA Psychology Degree with over 10 years experience in Human Resource Management, and Employee Wellness/EAP.

As an accredited Insights Discovery Practitioner, I facilitate and deliver workshops and coaching based on the Psychology of Carl Jungs The tool is used to help individuals and teams better understand themselves and others to improve communication, collaboration, and performance.

I bring a comprehensive set of skills in counseling, conflict resolution, motivation and life coaching. I am an empathetic, compassionate and supporting Wellness Counsellor who aims to provide safe space and actively listens and engages with clients to coach and support them through various life challenges.

My role is to support and guide individuals, couples and teams to obtain health and wellbeing mentally, spiritually and physically. I offer a holistic approach to counseling in areas such as stress, anxiety, depression, loss/grief, interpersonal relationships and trauma.
